Concept Fit (CF) classes are total body Strength and Conditioning workouts which aim to maximise your fitness from a holistic approach.
This involves working on strength, power, cardiovascular endurance, agility and flexibility. We do this by constantly varying functional movements such as gymnastics, pushing, pulling, olympic lifting, power lifting, running and rowing all whilst executing these movements at high intensity.
Our coaches are at the core of our gym! If they aren’t working you will often see them training right beside you! Our coaches aim to impart the best knowledge possible.
